Green Urban Development Initiatives

Multiple entities from both the public and private sectors have implemented several initiatives, overseen by the Green Urban Development Initiatives Committee. In November 2020, Zain Company launched a project to develop a long bridge in Kuwait at a cost of 1 million Kuwaiti Dinars. The project included enhancing the bridge’s structure and updating its engineering systems to ensure safety and efficiency in traffic flow. The project also incorporated aesthetic design elements to give the bridge a modern character in line with urban development in Kuwait.
