• Benches: Installing 20 benches.

• Waste Bins: Installing 20 waste bins.

• Walkways: Replacing approximately 2,100 linear meters of walkways.

• Lighting: Installing 45 lighting poles.

• Children's Play Area: Construction of a play area including shades and rubber flooring (20m x 20m).

• Fence: Full renovation of the fence along Road 80, opposite Shuwaikh Residential Area.

• Landscaping: Full installation/planting of green areas, including trees and shrubs.
